IGFR-International World Golf Championship
The World Championship takes place over a one-week period in a different country each year. The week is full of activities to promote fellowship and comradery among Rotarians from around the world. See the world, golf courses you never played before and make new life-time friends.

Membership Eligibility
To participate in IGFR Championships, you must:
- Be a member Rotarian
- Belong to a Rotary Club
- Possess a World Handicap Index
- Be a member of the IGFR
Rotarian Divisions
- Div. I: 0-12.4 handicap - Medal play
- Div. II: 12.5 to 19.4 handicap - Stableford
- Div. III: 19.5 to 28 handicap - Stableford (higher handicap up to 36 may compete, but given a maximum of 28 for competition)
Rotarians play Partner Fourball + 3 Rounds of Competition
Partners & Guests Division
- Div. I: 0 to 18.4 handicap - Stableford
- Div. II: 18.5 to 36 handicap - Stableford (Maximuim handicap of 36 for competition)
Partners & Guests play Partner Fourball + 2 Rounds of Competition
Tournament rules
- Any participant 70 years or older may also compete for the President’s Cup.
- Trophies are awarded for both net and gross in all categories.
